A: We are a direct apparel manufacturer specializing in high-end men’s coats, padded jackets and lightweight padded outerwear. We offer ODM development and OEM private labeling, serving European local apparel brands long-term. Our annual output reaches 300,000 pieces with more than 1,000 mature patterns available.

A: Fabrics: Nylon, wind-resistant polyester fabric, waterproof laminated fabric, twill fabric. Or you can give us your request fabric swatch.
Fillings: Cotton-like filling, high-loft spray-bonded cotton, quilted cotton. Raw materials can be customized as requested, and material composition reports can be provided.

A: Our existing patterns cover EU S–4XL. We can remake patterns according to your brand size chart, adjusting length, shoulder width and sleeve length to fit Western men’s body shapes.

A: Small-batch orders starting from 300 pieces are available for new custom styles. Tiered pricing is offered for larger orders. Trial orders are welcome.

A: Yes. We have over 1,000 styles of men’s padded coats in stock. Blank items without logos are available for wholesale, and labeling can be arranged directly.

A:
1. For new custom styles: Initial sample lead time is 7-10 days; up to 15 days for styles with complicated craftsmanship or technical fabric.
2. Sample fee: USD 100 / pcs. The sample fee can be deducted from the bulk payment once the bulk order meets the agreed quantity. Shipping cost of samples shall be borne by the buyer.

A: All fabrics, accessories and workmanship follow the customer’s signed approved sample. A pre-production sample will be made before mass production. Mass production only starts after customer confirmation. We strictly control color difference and workmanship deviation.

A: Standard custom orders: 25–40 days. For peak season or complex styles, the lead time shall be confirmed in advance and stated in the contract.

A: Rush production is available subject to factory capacity. Terms need to be negotiated separately.

A: Our basic quotation is FOB price for plain garments (excluding logos, special packaging and shipping costs). Unit price reduces with larger order volume. Please provide tech pack, size chart and detailed requirements for an accurate quotation.

A: Standard terms: 30% deposit to commence production; balance payment after inspection upon bulk completion. Alibaba Trade Assurance orders are accepted.

A: We support fabric testing to meet REACH and GPSR requirements. We can supply composition labels, care labels and material specifications. Third-party test reports can be arranged upon mutual agreement.

A: Yes. Labels will follow EU textile labelling rules with fibre composition, size, care symbols and origin information.

A: We provide real photos/videos after production. Customer on-site inspection or third-party inspection is acceptable.

A: Factory will offer free rework or replacement for production defects. Please complete inspection before shipment. Damages occurring during transit shall be borne by the logistics provider.

A: Sea freight, air freight, express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We can arrange FOB to designated ports or assist with door-to-door delivery. Shipping cost is calculated separately.
