1. What is your MOQ?
It depends on the project type. Custom (OEM/ODM) development starts from 300 pieces per style (300 pieces per color for full custom development), depending on style and fabric. Small-batch light customization on our stock styles (label, color, minor detail changes) starts from 10 pieces. We adjust MOQ based on your project stage and order history.
2. How long does sampling take?
7 working days as standard for both custom and small-batch orders. Fit samples and complex developments are assessed separately, typically 10-15 days depending on specifications.
3. What certifications do you have?
BSCI amfori Rating B (Monitoring ID: 25-0315184, valid to April 2027) and GRS certified (TE-ID: TE-00300346). Certificates available on request.
4. Can you produce synthetic insulated jackets?
Yes, we specialize in synthetic insulated outerwear (fully compliant with EU regulations), as well as padded and quilted jackets for men’s and women’s collections.
5. What is your production capacity?
80,000+ jackets per month, supported by 450+ skilled workers and a 12,000㎡ smart factory.
6. Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes — full OEM/ODM: product development, tech pack review, sampling, bulk production, and customization of labels, trims and packaging.
7. What are your payment terms?
T/T is standard (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment). Other terms are negotiable for long-term partners.
8. What is your lead time for bulk production?
Custom (OEM/ODM) production: 45-90 days after sample approval. Small-batch stock light-custom orders: 7-15 days. We confirm the exact schedule when the order is placed.
9. Can you ship to Europe?
Yes — we regularly export to EU/UK markets, with options for door-to-door delivery and distribution via our European bonded warehouse (BEOGRAD).
10. How do you ensure sample-to-bulk consistency?
We run quality checks at every stage — fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing and packing — and use PP (pre-production) samples for your final bulk approval.
11. Do you support small batches for startups?
Yes, small batches are welcome. Light customization on our stock styles (label, color, minor detail changes) starts from 10 pieces with a 7-15 day lead time, so new brands can test the market with low risk. Full custom development starts from 300 pieces per style.
