1. Service Scope
Shishi Ruilisen Garment Co., Ltd. provides professional OEM/ODM garment manufacturing services. We specialize in custom development, technical pack execution, and mass production for international fashion brands.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection
We respect the intellectual property of our partners. All designs, tech packs, and samples provided by our clients are strictly confidential. We guarantee that your designs will never be sold or shared with any third party without your express written consent.
3. Orders & MOQ
- Custom Orders: Subject to specific styles and fabric requirements.
- MOQ: Standard minimum order quantities are clearly stated per project. Please contact our sales team for specific requirements.
- Approval: Mass production begins only after the client approves the final Pre-Production Sample (PPS).
4. Payment Terms
- Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to initiate material procurement and production scheduling.
- Balance: The remaining 70% balance is due upon completion of production and before final shipment.
- Currency: Payments should be made in USD or EUR via wire transfer to our official company bank account.
5. Quality Control & Claims
- We adhere to strict international quality standards.
- Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receiving the shipment, supported by relevant photos or third-party inspection reports.
- We commit to resolving legitimate quality issues through repair, replacement, or credit, based on mutually agreed terms.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Lead times vary based on order complexity and production scheduling. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
7. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Both parties agree to resolve any disputes through friendly consultation.
