A few days ago, our factory experienced a busy wave of container loading and shipping. A full truckload of goods, neatly stacked and smoothly loaded into a Maersk container, is now ready to cross the ocean and reach our overseas customers. This is the most reassuring moment for any exporter.
The Loading Process
On the day of loading, forklifts moved back and forth as workers carefully stacked each box. From the issuance of the shipping notice to warehouse preparation, packaging verification, and container loading, every step is tracked by dedicated staff. We understand that the moment the container door closes, it represents not just the delivery of goods, but a response to our customers’ trust.
Quality and Delivery Commitment
Before loading, every batch undergoes a rigorous quality re-inspection. We never rush at the expense of quality — each garment is ensured to be in its best condition before crossing the ocean. This 40ft container is bound for **Germany**, loaded with 3,200 custom-padded jackets tailored for our long-term apparel brand partner.
Before loading, our QC team conducts final visual and specification checks. Garments are folded neatly and packed into waterproof polybags, then secured in export cartons with reinforced corner protection to avoid transit damage. We coordinate closely with our freight forwarder to complete all commercial invoices and customs documentation ahead of the cutoff date. Once the vessel departs, we share real-time tracking links with the client, updating them on sailing and estimated arrival times. In the rare event of port congestion or shipping delays, we notify the buyer immediately and explore alternative routing options to minimise disruption.
